Unable to edit segments of our EIT in any of our test pods

Summary: None of our test pods are allowing us to edit our EIT to delete and add additional segments.

Content (required): Below is the error when trying to delete and save an existing segment in the EIT

"You can't update predefined data during application maintenance"
