Get Termination Date prior Approval

Summary:

The requirement is to get the Termination date submitted during termination process. This termination date only becomes available once the termination transaction is approved. The ask is however, to get this date even the Termination transaction is still in progress and not yet approved.

Does Oracle HCM have the capability to capture this date prior termination approval and display via custom flex field?

Is there a table where this date can be pulled? Checked PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE but ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE and NOTIFIED_TERMINATION_DATE fields are empty.
