Inactive users absence leave reminders are still going to the manager

Summary: We have an inactive employee and his last working day is 11/April/2023. he has absence transactions in Sep 2022.

Still the reminders are getting to the manager. Is their any process for inactive employees absence should be auto approved/withdraw.

Content (required): Currently we are having a question that we can do this manually but is there any process to close this transaction as auto approved/withdraw.
