Item Status in Inventory level is not being Updated

We encountered several incidents regarding the item status (Partial --> Released) at Inventory Organization level is not getting updated because the item is linked to a Sales Order with a status of Awaiting Shipping.

However, as we checked the payload, there are some items that successfully updated its item status even it is linked on a Sales Order.

Content (required):

1. Highlighted in red are not updated to Release. (Refer to image 1)

2. But there are several items in the Sales Order below in Awaiting Shipping that is within the structure above that are in Release status already. It means Status has been updated. (Refer to image 2)
