Voluntary Deduction(Non Recurring) is not deducting in Payroll Run
Summary:
Voluntary Deduction(Non Recurring) is not deducting in Payroll Run if gross earnings are less than Voluntary Deduction Amount.
We created an element called 'Advance Recovery' which is normal deduction (Non Loan type).
Scenario 1: If gross earnings are greater than Advance Recovery deduction amount, there is no issue. It is participating in the payroll run, deducted the amount specified and generating the appropriate net pay - PASS
Scenario 2: If gross earnings are less than Advance Recovery deduction amount, it is not deducting and completely ignoring. The expectation from business is, it should try to deduct from the gross earnings and generate Negative Net Pay.
