Criteria for Picking if item is present in different locators under same subinventory

Summary:

Our business did not define any Picking rules like FIFO or LIFO. For the seeded picking rules defined by system, we didn't do any org assignments. In sales order for this item, source subinventory is mentioned as A. Currently Item is present in 3 different locators under source subinventory A. While creating pick wave for this sales order, user didn't provide any values other than shipment number for this sales order. In this case from which locator item will be picked and what is the logic behind it?
