How to create Absence type like still birth and tubectomy.

Summary:

Hi team, As per the requirement there are Absence types like Tubectomy, still births. Do we need to create them as a separate Leave type or Create them as Reasons.If created as reasons how to get the balance. Can anyone suggest me any idea on this.
