HR View All security assigned to report creator

Hi All,

For the Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Tasks Real Time subject area - we are unable to report an administrator view of all tasks assigned out to owners/assignees within the system.

We are interested in auditing all tasks that are currently open in our system and building an HDL based on the data collected.

Even though we have the seeded "HR View All" role assigned to our security profile - information in this report does not populate in OTBI. When using this subject area - the report will only pull results as long as the person creating the report has access to a Talent Review where tasks were assigned, or if they are an owner on a task.
