Define a BPM rule, using a condition which compare a variable to another combined value, containing a variable and a specific number

Is possible to make a rule like this? Is there a specific code to use?

ProjectBudgetCurrentBaselinedVersions.totalPcRawCost more than ProjectBudget.totalRawCost + 10


Example:

1- Current budget is 100 ; Submitted Budget is 102 -> Autoapprove

2- Current budget is 100 ; Submitted Budget is 110 -> Approval Group
