edited Jun 8, 2023 2:23PM in Workforce Management 3 comments

Summary:

Our client's business requirements are to utilize the Front-loaded absence plan. Meanwhile, as a part of these requirements, in cases of changes of employee's grade in between the year, Application should calculate the variance between accrual assigned to old grade and new grade and to be accrued to employee in month of assignment change.

Example of current application behavior:

Accrual by 31-01-2023: 28 Days

Accrual by 28-02-2023: 28 Days

Accrual by 31-03-2023: 28 Days

Assignment Change action that changed the employee grade by 15-04-2023 and new grade which is eligible for 30 days per year not 28.

Accrual by 30-04-2023: still 28 Days.

Howdy, Stranger!
