Mass withdrawal by Manager

Summary:

Hi Team,

My understanding on Mass withdrawal is that only the Learning Specialist can do mass withdrawal and the Line Managers can not do that. Can you please let me know if we have any possibility of Manager withdrawing multiple reportees from a course in one go.
