Not able to Change Project Organizaton on a Project

Not able to Change Project Organization on a Project

Content (required):

Not able to Change Project Organization on a Project . N : Manage Project Finanical Setting Page In General Tab ,

Click on Edit button> Where the Organization Filed is not Editable.

But in few projects i, m not

able to Edit and change the Organization on project , I'm not sure the logic behind and system behavior. Please help.

I m getting CVR error on Cost Transaction for one of the Segment (Profit center), where i want to correct the Organization on project, but not happening.
