learning specialist role can we custom the role and have HR and managers enrolling learners ?

Hello ,

we would like to add the LEARNING SPECIALIST role to HR specialists and managers, to have them enrolled learners to both catalog and non catalog items.

How can we have this role and customize the LEARNING SPECIALIST role so that they will be able to enroll learners but NOT

to create new course.

is it possible please to custom the LEARNING SPECIALIST role ?
