Is it possible to Automate termination process

Our customer wants to use the termination process automatically

Content (required):

Dear community our customer would like to know if there is a way to automatically terminate an employment contract (Termination).

We have created a field (DFF) in the assignment page to store a contract termination date.

We'd like to know if it's possible to automatically terminate the assignment on the date entered in this field

(or even with another standard field, if possible).

In other words, is there a way to automatically trigger termination processes based on a pre-filled end date?

Without manual action by the user
