How to check Committed cost with Review Project Performance or Smart view

Do you know how to check Committed cost with Review Project Performance or Smart view?

We imput Committed cost and we can show it in Manage Commited Costs.

But we can't show it in Review Project Performance and Smart View.

Please let me know how to do it.
