How to create Time card layout

Summary:

Hi team, As per requirement we need a time card need to be configured such that depending up on the value we select from the payroll time time the start,stop,quantity should be displayed.

EX:If an employee selected the bench option only quantity should be displayed.

If I select Scheduled shift hours, start,stop,quantity is enabled.

If I select Training other than scheduled shift hours it showing only quantity.In the same way If I select scheduled shift hours only start and stop need to display,quantity need to be grayed out.
