GL - employee unable to load Spreadsheet JE's with Group id

Problem Description


One of our users who was working and uploading JE's to Oracle last Friday 6/2 morning is now unable to upload using his Group ID Friday afternoon. The system appears to process and load the spreadsheet with each line stating "Row inserted successfully", but when he looks for the JE under Manage JE, we are unable to show any new transactions related to his group id.

So his Oracle Group ID is not allowing him upload journal entries in Oracle.

Attempted Tests we tried:

1. He can use his supervisors ID and the transactions load and display find within Oracle. - (this is our work around at the moment)
