Billing Event - Contract Line Hard LImit
I created an event for $50,001.00 with a Contract with a Contract Line hard limit of $50,000.00. When I generated invoicing, my invoice was only for $50,000.00 which I expected. I wasn't able to find an exception in Manage Invoice Exceptions. I went to Manage Events and there was a yellow icon warning but when I clicked on it, it did not indicate what the exception was.
Furthermore, the invoice event is showing Fully Invoiced which I did not expect. So I'm unsure of:
- How to manage event based exceptions
- why the event shows fully invoiced when $1 is still not billed.
