Future Leaves balance calculation process

Summary: Currently, When employee apply future dated leaves, leave balance is not deducted from the current balance. Balance gets deducted only when the applied leave date is passed. The Future dated leaves applied status remain in scheduled state.

For example, When employee has 20 days of balance at current date , he applies for leaves in Month of Novermber for 10days. Leave gets submitted but the balances is not deducted from the current balance and it remains the same i.e 20 days.

Please provide is there any solution to achieve this requirement.
