Any Rest Services Available for Create Parts in CPQ

We are creating an ICS integration to pull items from Product Hub and publish to CPQ.

Currently, we are using SOAP adapter in ICS using soap service - https://icpq-010.us.oracle.com/v2_0/receiver/parts?wsdl

But in order to leverage some capabilities of Rest Adapter in ICS, we need to use rest API for the above service.

Does any REST API available for create parts service in CPQ?
