Scheduled Notification to Interviewer ISSUE

Hi Community,
We have an issue with notification that interviewer should receive when an interview his scheduled.
In particular when we schedule an interview, the candidate receives the notification via email INSTEAD the interviewer doesn't.
You can see from the screenshot, the set up of the notification to the interviewer, this is taken from Tools>Alert Composer>Interview Scheduled notification to Interviewer.
Maybe the problem is that I should add Email as 'Metodo di Comunicazione'. However if I should add Email as 'Metodo di Comunicazione', I don't know which token to set in the field 'Espressione'.
