How can we get Inventory costing reports for interim dates (not end of the period)?

The new Inventory report in 23B is now Period Inventory Valuation Report.

The new report and the new subject area, Period Inventory Valuation real time, only allow for reporting as of the last day of a period.

We have audit requirements to produce inventory valuation reports as of a certain day or the month which may not be the end of the month. Example: we may do a cycle count a few days before month end. Our auditors would like to see an inventory valuation report as of the same day.
