How to automatically reconcile the nodes in EDMCS are in tie with other applications?

Summary:

We have Fusion ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud, for which we are managing the metadata through EDM Cloud. But it seems like there are mismatches in the nodes & its properties between the applications. How do I ensure accuracy that they are in balance automatically?

Is there any tool or way to check if they are in balance with master data other than the validate viewpoints option in the EDMCS. Can we create a recon report or any other extracts which facilitates us to ensure that it is in sync?
