Is it possible to export purchase agreement changes which matches UI functionality

Summary: Is it possible to export purchase agreement changes which matches the UI functionality, as the UI shows really clearly - via the review changes screen - the changes which are being made to a purchase agreement.

Content (required): I am currently working with a client who would like to easily identify changes which are being made to a Purchase Agreement so that they can reconcile offline. The client has purchase agreements which run to the hundreds of lines and change on a regular basis, which will be uploaded in bulk. The user interface shows this really clearly (as shown below) with graphical icons showing additions and a field calculating the price change %.
