Unable to select supplier address on BPA contract line - LOV is blank

Summary:

We have set up a contract type to support creation of BPAs in purchasing. in the 'lines' tab we see the supplier who is selected as party on the contract but no addresses. We do see the addresses in the LOV on the 'fullfilment' tab

Content (required):

We require to see the address in the lov on the contract line and have it automatically populated in the fullfilments.
