Transfer price for internal material transfer which is based on percentage markup per item category

Summary:

Is there a setup for transfer price based on percentage markup per item category for internal material transfer? Referring to this document link https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-and-manufacturing/23b/faims/accounting-transfer-price.html#s20047850, transaction basis and source document price basis are not supported for internal transfers which leaves item cost basis as the only option available for internal transfers. Can I use normal price list setup which has the feature to define price by item category for internal material transfers?
