Summary:

We are using the FBDI Supplier Contact import to create the Supplier Contact and create the user (for Supplier portal). Supplier Contact was created but the "Create User" is not enabled. I am working with support, and they are using the same file and in their application the system Create the user. so, I am not sure what configuration is missing.

Any idea?
