Does OTBI report follow Data Security enabled for users

Summary: Does OTBI subject areas enforce the Data Security Context values that have been assigned to users. For example, a user has been assigned one BU and One ledger, will a report which uses Payables Subject Area follow the BU Access that has been assigned to user, similarly will a report using GL Subject area enforce access only to the Ledgers which are available to the user.
