Parent Entity Ownership % being smaller than Child Entity %

Hello all!

How do you all deal with the situation in which the Parent entity has a smaller percentage of participation than its children entities?Example:

[Parent]Entity_A -> 80%

[Child]Entity_A1 -> 100%

[Child]  Entity_A2 -> 70%

Is it allowed in FCC?
