How to get the Top-Down Manager Hierarchy in OTBI expect CEO,remining Top down 3 Manager hierarchy.

Summary:

Currently we are looking to fetch top down manager hierarchy in one of our OTBI reports like from CEO to employee Top level manager hierarchy to fetch in to the otbi report, Top level 1 manager should not come into the report, we need to fetch remining 3 levels managers into the report. Could you please share your valuable inputs if anyone had achieved this earlier.
