I tried to add PER_MANAGE_CALENDAR_EVENT_PRIV and SM_SETUP_AND_MAINTENANCE_PRIV which are:

- Execute Setup Tasks

- Review Applications Offering

- Review Setups Functional User Overview

to a custom HR Specialist role in order to allow HR specialist to access Manage Calendar Event

But it didn't work.
