Automatic FTE calculation not working with Field Validation AC rule on 23B to restrict FTE to <=1

Summary:

We have a field validation rule that works fine out 23A pods - the rule simply checks the FTE value and if it is greater than 1.0 it returns an error (we want to stop any FTE being higher than 1 due to incorrect hours entered etc).

We built and tested this and it was working fine. If we entered more hours than SWH, the FTE calculated to (for exmaple) 1.6 and the error is shown. If we manually type an FTE of 1.6 the error is also shown.

However, in our 23B pods, where Standard Working Hours in now changed to Derived Standard Working Hours, if we enter a number of hours that is higher than the SWH, the FTE is not recalculating. if we enter less hours than SWH, the FTE is recalculating correctly to <1 but if we then etner any hours higher than the SQH the FTE is not recalculating.

Howdy, Stranger!
