OTM shipment planning Estimated/Planned Arrival

Summary: We want OTM to follow the early and late delivery date for planned arrivals.

Content (required): Before bulk planning a shipment, we will update our dates to p/u on Friday. And deliver the load on Monday. However, OTM will create the shipment and have the driver planned arrival drive straight through and be on Saturday. How can we achieve the ETA coinciding with the delivery dates? This will cause issues with KPI's with P44 carrier tracking.

I believe this may be able to be handled in calendars, but we have thousands of ship to's that we don't want to manage. Can this be accomplished in a parameter set perhaps?
