.ics Calendar from Absence opens in MS Outlook with wrong time after Daylight Savings Time (DST)

Summary: Is anyone else having an issue with the Absence 'Add to Calendar.ics' file showing the wrong time in Microsoft Outlook, time is off by 1 hour, not taking into account the Daylight savings time. This Add to Calendar.ics is an option presented to a manager after they approve their employee's time off request. We are clicking on the link, but when the calendar event is opened in Microsoft Outlook, the hourly employee's scheduled time is not correct, instead it is off by 1 hour after Daylight savings time.


Content (required): To recreate this: Hourly employee asks for time off in Absence module. Manager approves time off. The BELL ICON is clicked, and the time off request is opened by the manager. In the pop up box, there is a link that shows a paperclip and 'Add to Calendar.ics'. Manager clicks on that link, and a .ics file is downloaded, when clicked, it opens a scheduled event in microsoft outlook, but the start and end times are wrong, off by 1 hour. For example.
