Update Forecast Actuals clears amounts setup in Revenue ETC and Revenue EAC Columns

Summary:

After updating actuals for a forecast we realise that apart from the system adding a Financial Resources line for Actual Revenue it clears the amounts originally setup in the ETC and EAC Columns when we created the forecast originally. Is there a way of avoiding this? We calculate the Revenue based on Forecast Revenue EAC Amount * Percent Complete. As the update actuals process clears the EAC amount from the line we added for planning/for which we added resources, this forces the business to re-enter

the EAC Revenue amount, so is available when generating revenue in the next period
