Adding flexfields & Section / Manage trial period info

Hi community !

I need your help for 3 subjects :

• The first one is for adding a DFF on the following screen :

Steps : ME/ My personal informations / Personal details / Disability info.

• Second one i want to know if it may be possible to add an entire section that would be dedicated to mutual insurance info or which section (if it's already in the system) in responsive UI could be dedicated to select the insurance company reading information regarding the element of insurance contract ?

• How to modify the information of the trial period without going through the button person management (as this button is supposed to be deleted soon if i'm not mistaken)
