HCM – Beyond HR Help Desk: Using Help Desk for Non-HR Employee Queries
Employees sometimes have questions about things other than about Human Resources. How should these be handled? This presentation will review why the use of Internal Help Desk is recommended in order to isolate your HR requests from other requests that may be less sensitive. Demos will include requesting maintenance on an installed base asset and requesting help on an expense report.
I will be presenting alongside my CX counterparts to share how we leveraged the HR Help Desk to create our Work Request.
