Absence duration fast formula to include public holidays

When an employee is on unpaid LOA the absence duration must include public holidays

Content (required):

We have a requirement to include public holidays in the absence duration when an employee is on unpaid time off. We are using absence duration FF to achieve this. However this FF returns 'DAYS' instead of 'HOURS'. The absence type has a UOM as 'Hours' so we want to fetch the number of hours based on the work schedule assigned to an employee.
