Impact Cutover Activities during 23C Upgrade for Go Live

As of now we have Concurrent Patching till 30th June 2023.

We plan to Go Live in September 2023. Our UAT completes in first week of August 2023 which lead start of cutover activities for Production starting from first week of August 2023 till first week of September 2023. The Production and Non Production Instances will not be on same patches as non-Production Instances will be with 23C Updates but Production will be upgraded later on 18th August 2023.

We needed POV on

1) Should be Go Live on first week of September 2023 without validating 23C Upgrades impacts as we will be in Cutover activities or push Go live beyond 10th September 2023 to provide us sufficient time for validating 23C Upgrade Changes.
