Remove or Hide Reports& Analytics for Recruiting Manager role

Summary:

Hi All,

We have created custom role by copying seeded Recruiting Manager role(Copy role and inherited roles) .We want to restrict or hide Reporting and Analytics for Recruiting Manager role.This role has BI consumer,BI Author role's.We are not able to delete these roles,it is giving error."You can remove only roles inherited by the current role".Please suggest if we can remove Reports&Analytics for Recruiting Manager.
