Can't access report and analytics

All the users can't access to Reports and analytics even in admin User. The error massage is Insufficient permissions You do not have sufficient permissions to use this application. But like I said even in Admin user I can't access to this so I can't give permission,

I guess I change something in reports- Administration- manage privileges. I don't know exactly what and I can't access even in Admin user to check it out
