Offering/Course to visible to Pending Worker just before 30 days of joining

Summary: We are in implementation ,created course, offering, activity, added the content ,now this course or activity is applicable for Pending Worker and they should completed the course ,but this course should be visible to Pending Worker , just before 30 days of joining, Is there any way of doing??
