How to use OTL Fast formulas to auto-insert/validate a holiday when entering a timecard?

Summary:

Business requirement: Auto-insert/validate a holiday when entering a timecard using Fast formulas.

Content (required):

How to use OTL Fast formulas to auto-insert/validate a holiday when a worker entering timecard for a weekly period? Please share the formulas and steps to implement this business requirement.

Example: If Wednesday is a holiday in a week, display a warning (or) an error to enter timecard with a holiday related project/task/expenditure type rather than regular working day project/task/expenditure type timecard.

Fyi - We raised an Oracle SR 3-32746791071 : Auto-populate Holiday in OTL time cards to implement the 23A feature 'AUTOMATIC ADDITION OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ON TIME CARDS INTRODUCTION' but Oracle confirmed that Payroll licensing is required to implement it.

Howdy, Stranger!
