How to restrict the employee to take only a fixed days of leave per year.
Summary:
Hello all, As per the requirement we have maternity leave, we have created the miscarriage as a reason and linked it to the absence plan. For miscarriage type the max leave allowed is 82 days and for the maternity the max allowed is 182 days. In order to make this work we have mentioned conditions in qualification band matrix. when the employee is applying leave by selecting miscarriage as reason the max leave allowed should be only 82,but the system allowing to take more than 82 days without any error.How to restrict this?
