View History on Employment Page across Multiple Assignments

Summary:

The View History button on the Employment page is only bringing back History on the current Assignment. We have folks that have been Rehired several times, so if we want to quickly look at the Termination Reason on each Assignment, that isn't possible. We have to flip through several Employment pages and click View History.

Is there another way to see all Employment History across all Assignments in the UI? Or would that only be possible in Reporting?
