When creating a help desk request through the digital assistant, the link that's provided for the request number opens up to a blank page

We are using an extended version of the delivered HR Help Desk skill within Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and when we go to create a help desk request through ODA a ticket number is provided with a hyperlink to click on and manage the ticket. However, when you click on the link it opens up a separate window that is just a blank page and never loads.

Is anyone else having this issue if they are using ODA and Next Gen HR Help Desk?
