Create an exception for transfer order demands

We use Supply Planning and some exceptions from the standard Exceptions set.

The manufacturing organization supplies others using transfer orders. The manufacturing organization would like to follow into a specific exception the transfer orders that have a past due date, as for sales orders. So they will be able to drive their picking/shipping, even their make orders to be more efficient.

Is there a way to create a user-defined exception for this? I have not seen any measure or order-related thing for it.
