Give access of OTBI report to users

Summary:

Hi

We have build an OTBI report from a user who has BI Author role. And we need to give access of this report to other users. we have used Permissions in the OTBI report to add the users and also give the BI_Consumer role to the users. However when we login with the users we are not able to find this OTBI report anywhere. Please help if any step is missed here or any additional setup to be done
