Our client requirement is to deduct sick leave days during probation period

We got a requirement from one of our clients to deduct the sick leave during probation period, The client is already having the sick leave bands per calendar year as listed.
First 15 days sick leave 100% Payment
next 30 days sick leave 50% Payment
next 45 days sick leave 0% Payment
However, Along with above slab my client wanted to deduct salary if an employee applies sick leave during probation period, for example if an employee applies 2 dyas sick leave during his probation than the following is expected
1) System should deduct full days salary for these 2 days sick leave applied during probation
