In our business scenario, users are using reassignment requests to change the preparer or reviewer if required. HQ team would like to check the status of this activity at regular basic to make sure that there is no delay in this process.

They are looking for a report which can provide how many reassignment requests have been raised, how many has been approved, number of pending requests and rejected requests along with profile/rec id, who initiate this request, old user and new users.
